Aboriginal students are connecting to culture in Ngargins Yarn-Up.
Ngargins Yarn-Up is in its second year at Barrack Heights Public Schoool. The program aims to increase our Aboriginal students' literacy and numeracy skills by learning about their culture.
Each week for an hour, students from Years 1 to 6 participate in stage groups with a teacher and Aboriginal aides and community members.
